TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
1. OBJECT
BNB Explorer is a technological platform that allows Hosts to create interactive digital guides for their vacation rentals. The service is currently provided free of charge and on an "as is" basis.
2. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
To create guides, the Host must register. It is the Host's responsibility to:
- Maintain the confidentiality of their password.
- Ensure that the information provided in the guides is accurate and up to date.
- Hold the necessary image rights for any photographs uploaded to the platform.
3. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
Óscar Carballido shall not be held liable, under any circumstances, for damages of any nature that may arise from:
- Content: Errors or omissions in the information provided by Hosts in their guides.
- Availability: Temporary website downtime or data loss due to server failures or maintenance.
- Guest Use: Any incident occurring at the accommodation resulting from the guest's interpretation of the guide.
4. USER CONDUCT
It is prohibited to use BNB Explorer to host illegal, offensive, defamatory content, or content that violates the privacy of third parties. The owner reserves the right to remove any content or cancel accounts that breach these rules without prior notice.
5. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE
As this is a personal project, the owner reserves the right to make any modifications deemed appropriate to the App without prior notice, including changing, deleting or adding content and services.
6. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The relationship between Óscar Carballido and the User shall be governed by Spanish law, and any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid, Spain.
