C. Guide Content:

• The Host is solely responsible for the information, images, and documents uploaded to the platform. BNB Explorer acts only as a hosting service provider for such information.

3. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

• Consent: By creating an account, the Host expressly consents to the processing of their data.
• Service execution: Processing is necessary to provide the requested service (guide creation).
